Snug everywhere, tight nowhere. If you are between sizes take the smaller one — the fabric gives about half a size after the first session. Measure at the widest point of the hip and match it to the size chart in the product page.
Orders leave Jakarta within one working day and arrive nationwide in two to four. Delivery is priced by your courier at checkout, so you see the exact figure before you pay. On orders over IDR 500.000 we cover up to IDR 40.000 of it. Fourteen days to return unworn pieces with the tag on, and one free size exchange per order — email hello@double-trouble.id to start either and we will send the return address.
We store your name, email address, WhatsApp number and delivery address to fulfil your order and to send drop information you asked for. Nothing is sold or shared beyond the people needed to get the parcel to you: Biteship and the courier who carries it, Midtrans for payment, and Resend which sends these emails. If you create an account we keep those same details so your next checkout is one step, and so you can see your own past orders — nobody else can see them. Signing in with Google shares only your name and email address with us: never your password, your contacts, or anything else in your Google account. You can order as a guest instead and we keep exactly the same details, just without an account attached. Ask us to stop messaging you at any time, or email hello@double-trouble.id and we delete your record within 30 days.
Prices include VAT. Placing an order reserves your pieces straight away. You pay through Midtrans — QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet or card — and your pieces are held for one hour while you do. If the payment is not completed we release them back to the shop and let you know, so nothing sits reserved indefinitely.
